The Journey to Stillness
There came a point when simply dealing with it stopped being an option.
I was caught in a continuous cycle of self-doubt, limiting beliefs, physical imbalance, anxiety, and burnout — a loop of surviving, not thriving.
So I began seeking the tools that could help me self-regulate, heal, and live with ease.
I started defining wellness on my own terms — not as a trend, but as a personal covenant. That choice unlocked something luminous: an unexplainable energy, glow, and soundness that came from finally trusting my body’s ability to heal itself.
The Formula of My Becoming
A Wellness Artist bridges spirituality, science, and soul. My work fuses ancient Kemetic wisdom with modern yogic stillness, sound, and plant ritual. I create immersive experiences that feel like art installations for the spirit—where movement becomes meditation and rest becomes revolution.
I’m here to redefine what wellness looks and feels like for our generation: culturally rooted, creatively expressed, and divinely human.
My healing became my artistry.
A sacred blend of soulful, conscious-centered living, movement and meditation, plant-based medicine nutrition, and cannabis as sacred sacrament.
Cannabis became a tenet in my personal wellness practice — a ritual of reconnection, creativity, and reverence for the plant as teacher.
As I deepened this path, others began to notice: coworkers, friends, and family reflected my light back to me. Their recognition became a mirror that affirmed my own transformation. Every choice I’ve made toward optimal health has been life-saving.
The Revelation & The Gratitude
In September 2022, I learned that I am living with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).
The best news — I am in a state of remission, sustained by this soul-serving lifestyle.
