About the workshop

This isn’t a long yoga class. It’s a two-hour sacred container for stillness, restoration, and remembering yourself again.
Doors open for check-in at 4:00 PM.
We begin promptly at 4:15–4:25 PM with an intention-setting ritual to anchor your energy for the evening.
From there, you’ll move through a curated blend of Yin and Kemetic principles—slow, intuitive, breath-centered—and settle into guided rest, reflection, and silent journaling to close.
The final 10–15 minutes are for quiet integration: your space to write, feel, or simply be.
